What is the security system?+
We supply the Xtouch Protect — a wireless security control hub with touch control and SIM card compatibility. Wireless sensors (door, shutter, motion and more) and remotes connect to it, so the system can be built around your property.
How does the system work?+
In four steps: the unit is installed at the protected point, it detects the security event, it alerts you, and you respond. Wireless sensors at doors, shutters or open areas report to the Xtouch Protect hub, which produces an intense, high-volume alarm and instantly sends an SMS and calls, through its IVRS system, to the 5 mobile numbers assigned to the panel.
Where can it be installed?+
Homes and apartments, shops and retail stores, offices, warehouses, industrial facilities and commercial properties. Suitability depends on the entry point and site conditions — share a photo on WhatsApp and we will advise.
Can you supply security systems in Chennai?+
Yes. We are based in Chennai and supply across Chennai and Tamil Nadu. For requirements elsewhere in India, send us the details and we will confirm what is possible.
